I鈥檝e been with my girlfriend for over two years now and somehow just found out that she鈥檚 able to understand Korean extremely well just from watching K-dramas. She looked away while a show was playing and still reacted to the dialogue, so I had her close her eyes and tell me what was being said and she nailed it for like 3 minutes straight. I had no idea she could do this and she has not studied Korean (her family isn鈥檛 Korean either). Is this a normal thing that happens for people? She doesn鈥檛 seem to think it鈥檚 anything special
