God will use each season of our lives to fulfill HIS purpose in our lives

Growing closer to God is not the result of me “trying harder.” Growing closer to God is the result of “my surrender”
There are 2 types of people in our lives right now. Those who are appointed by God & those who are allowed by us. Those appointed by God will grow us & those allowed by us will empty us. It’s impossible to live the right life with the wrong relationships
The kindness of God leads us to repentance and the fear of God keeps us in obedience #SermonPrep #ThisSunday #KeyThought
As redeemed sinners, we can look back to Jesus as our savior (Eph 1:7-8); as Christians today we can look up to Jesus as our interceder (Rom 8:34); & as a part of the Bride of Christ, we can look forward to Jesus coming as our suitor (1 Thess 4:13-18) #RememberTheRapture
Does the Lord still speak? Some say the Lord no longer speaks, others say God isn’t alive so how can He speak? I say don’t say God is silent when your Bible is closed….

Always remember that Jesus practiced transformational inclusion, not affirmational inclusion. He did hang out with the corrupt tax collectors and the prostitutes, but to transform them, not affirm them.

It’s in our small acts of obedience that opens BIG doors that will accelerate our lives forward faster
Even when I don’t understand God’s conduct I need to trust God’s character. When I don’t understand God’s hand I need to trust God’s heart
“O God, you are my God; earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you; my flesh faints for you, as in a dry and weary land where there is no water.” Psalm 63:1
