ESP is live, and deNodes is supporting @EspressoSys as a validator, bringing security-first infrastructure to HotShot Proof-of-Stake
Espresso is building a purpose-built base layer for rollups, optimized for fast finality and credible, permissionless security. ESP is the utility token that secures the network through staking, aligning validators, delegators, and builders around resilient consensus and long-term participation.
Tokenomics start with a 3.59B initial supply, with 10% allocated to the community airdrop and fully unlocked at launch. Espresso's staking rewards follow an Ethereum-inspired model, with no fixed maximum supply due to inflationary staking rewards.
Espresso also prioritized distribution quality, not just distribution size. Eligibility spans about 40 paths, includes comprehensive anti-Sybil defenses, and introduces a Holder Score to reward long-term conviction over short-term extraction.
To accelerate decentralization from day one, @EspressoFNDN is funding Boosted Rewards for airdrop recipients. The goal is simple: encourage early delegation, keep stake active, and reward participants who commit to securing the network through the first years of mainnet.
If you are eligible, delegate your claimed airdrop allocation within 14 days of claiming to remain eligible for boosted rewards. Keep your stake active and you can unlock up to a 420% boost over time, with milestones at 3 months, 1 year, and 2 years.
Now it's time to stake your ESP and support the network. Delegate to deNodes on the official staking dashboard: staking.main.net.espresso.ne…
We are here for mainnet, and we are here for the long run. Composability is here ☕️
Relay Chain is on track to post more data to Celestia in September than in the previous seven months combined.
This growth is driven by activity across apps using @RelayProtocol for crosschain swaps, including @fomo, which has over 1 million registered users.
Proud to have supported @EspressoSys from testnet to mainnet as a genesis validator
From running infra to building tooling around the network, it's been great to see how far Espresso has come - with the latest upgrades bringing subsecond finality and 100+ operators now helping decentralize the network.
Still early. Lots more ahead ☕️
Validator spotlight: @denodes_io
"We believe validators should contribute beyond uptime by helping ecosystems grow through technical expertise and community support."
deNodes is an independent team that maintains reliable validator infrastructure across multiple blockchain networks, including Monad, Celestia, and Aztec.
It joined Espresso's testnet in Sept 2024, became a genesis validator at mainnet launch, and has supported the ecosystem throughout with education & tooling.
Arc Mainnet is live.
Arc launches as the Economic OS for the internet: an open platform for global markets, real-time value movement, tokenized assets, and agentic economic activity.
Arc is more than a blockchain.
It launches as a full-stack financial platform with assets, applications, interoperability, developer infrastructure, and Circle platform services live from day one.
Arc delivers USDC as native gas, deterministic sub-second finality, EVM compatibility, and institutional validators.
It integrates with Arc Studio, App Kits, Arc Portal, Circle Agent Stack, CCTP, Gateway, CPN, and StableFX.
A complete economic platform at genesis.
Arc launches with infrastructure for:
→ Agentic economic workflows
→ Lending and borrowing
→ Trading and liquidity
→ Onchain FX
→ Payments and settlement
→ Tokenized assets
→ Exchanges, wallets, custody, compliance, data, and developer tooling
190+ institutional and ecosystem builders are building across Arc.

Validators successfully upgraded Espresso mainnet yesterday.
The Epoch Rewards upgrade changes how rewards are distributed to remove a throughput bottleneck, hardens stake table security, improves networking & lowers node operating costs.

Help secure the Espresso Network and earn rewards along the way.
The Espresso Foundation is launching the Validator Bootstrap Program to help 30+ qualified node operators to participate in network consensus with an initial delegation of 1,000,000 ESP.

Today, the Espresso Network began its upgrade to proof-of-stake.
By March 4, the network will be fully running PoS w/ the stake table active and staking rewards accruing. Mainnet 1.0 is here.
Here's what's changing & why it matters 🧵
Celestia's next upgrade, Hibiscus (V7), goes live mid-March.
Hibiscus introduces 2 features that expand cross-chain interoperability for networks on Celestia:
- single-signature cross-chain transfers
- cryptographic proof-based message verification
Here's how it works:

Something notable happened on Celestia this week: 4 consecutive days of ~𝟭𝟬𝟬𝗚𝗶𝗕 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗽𝘂𝘁 which mainnet handled smoothly with a 𝟵𝟵.𝟵𝟳% 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗯 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲.
This surge in activity came from a team executing a sustained load test to validate their ~𝟭.𝟯𝗠𝗕/𝘀 (~𝟰.𝟱𝗸 𝗧𝗣𝗦) estimated possible throughput demand ahead of launch.
Thanks to improvements in the Matcha upgrade, like faster block propagation and more robust transaction inclusion, the network achieved a near-perfect blob inclusion rate over a 7-day testing window.
Results like these show that Celestia is ready to power the next wave of high throughput onchain applications. We look forward to welcoming this team, which continues to push the boundaries of performance, along with others like it, to mainnet next year.
WHAT THE ACTUAL??? @celestia $TIA showing a MASSIVE DA increase on mainnet!!!
Usual DA use is around 1-2GB/day. Today, mainnet has already processed 50GB!! That's 25-50x in one day 🔥👀

Fast finality changes everything.
When transactions finalize in seconds, not 12+ mins, you don't need solvers, committees or bridges to patch over slow finality.
We built Presto to prove it. It's our solution for one-click crosschain transactions powered by Espresso.

Monad mainnet is live, and we are supporting @monad as genesis validators, bringing security-first infrastructure to a high-performance, EVM-compatible L1.
Monad pipelines consensus and execution to unlock low-latency, parallelized blockspace, so builders can finally ship apps that did not fit on L1 before while staying in the EVM tooling they already know.
Dozens of DeFi, infra, and gaming apps are already spinning up on Monad mainnet, giving users real products to explore from day one and setting the stage for a new wave of high-performance onchain experiences: app.monad.xyz
Staying true to its decentralization principles, Monad is secured by 170+ active validators across the globe, helping distribute stake and reduce single-operator risk.
If you're looking to stake $MON and support the network, check out the staking dashboard on gmonads.com and choose a validator that matches your priorities for performance, decentralization, and reliability.
At launch, only unlocked MON (sale, airdrop, ecosystem allocations) can be delegated - locked team and investor tokens are not stakeable, so early rewards flow directly to the community and active validators.
Happy MONday 🔮
