I'm actually glad I live in the Bay Area where Socialism was beaten back because NYC has gone full communist.
We arenât doing this trash in San Francisco because we saw what these kinds of ruthless politicians do to the citizens
Asian elders killed
Public education dismantled
If you start counting their bodies and talking about their abdication of duty, the hard left canât win
NEWS: Three Democratic Socialist candidates won primaries in New York, cementing a big shift in the Democratic party.
Here is a summary of each of the candidates and their radical stances:
Claire Valdez (NY-7): Grant citizenship & voting rights to illegals, use taxpayer funds for all transgender treatments, & eliminate private health insurance.
Darializa Avila Chevalier (NY-13): Abolish prisons, abolish ICE, abolish borders, defund the police, and âall deportations are wrongâ, including for violent criminals. In a now-deleted tweet, she said âI forgot to get napkins so I just wiped my hand on the American flag behind me.â
Brad Lander (NY-10): Abolish ICE, forgive all student loans (~$2 trillion), expand the Supreme Court.
Don't call it a "cg"
For this project, we collaborated with our longtime client @StudioTKSocial to place their Ora and Minuta tables into a carefully crafted interior setting. The result lands in that sweet spot - where the line between CG and real photography disappears.

One of my favorite @thtweets projects of the year!
PROTOSCRIPT is Transparent Houseâs own experimental typographic system that imagines a fictional writing language - part sci-fi alphabet, part data visualization in motion.

Architectural visualization is where Transparent House started.
Brooklyn Basin is a reminder of those roots â when the focus was on experience, rhythm, and space.
Replying to @Brooklyn_basin
@Brooklyn_basin is a waterfront project shaped by movement - people, buildings, and the shoreline itself.
In our visualization, we focused less on architecture as objects and more on the experience: rhythm, density, and breathing room.

What made this project particularly interesting on our end was the variety of digital tools involved â combining custom CG environments, character work, and a few newer workflows to make these moments feel natural.
For their pharma clientâs campaign, @FirstPersonSF asked us to create a series of images that would bring the story into real life.
We built custom CG environments and integrated their 3D character into everyday moments - universal, relatable, funny, and uncomfortably real.

Strong work from the team for Kensington.
Proof that subtle, thoughtful CG elevates even the most everyday products.
Good desk gear is a bit like good editing â you really notice it only when itâs missing.â¨â¨
For Kensington, we leaned into that. We built a calm, minimalist world around their product family, capturing each device in its own short clip - lit and framed like the quiet hero it is for the Kensington storefront on Amazon.

Team nailed this one for @JLabAudio Epic Pods ANC!
Replying to @JLabAudio
@JLabAudio Epic Pods ANC arenât just âanother pair of earbudsâ - theyâre what happens when everyday listening gets treated like a craft.
We helped translate that feeling into visuals: clean, confident, a little futuristic, and still human. The kind of product thatâs built for real life - but sounds like it belongs in a studio.

Really proud of this project.
Big thanks to the @Logitech team for the trust.
With POWERPLAY 2, Logitech wasnât just releasing a new product - they were continuing a legend. And our job was to make that continuation feel tangible. Not explained. Felt.
We built a visual narrative where energy is visible, movement feels alive, and wireless power isnât a feature but a presence. Light, texture, rhythm - all working together to say one simple thing: this isnât a reboot. Itâs evolution.

I came to America to escape people who talk like this.
âHaving a different relationship to propertyâ is communist code for ownership being conditional and political. It is the same idea that destroyed entire societies, now rebranded with softer language and moral smugness.
Property rights are not optional. They are the operating system of a free society. Every serious economist in history agrees on one point: incentives matter.
Ayn Rand said it perfectly: âYou can ignore reality, but you cannot ignore the consequences of ignoring reality.â
Housing is expensive because activists and politicians make building illegal, slow, and politically toxic. Fixing supply is hard. Attacking ownership is easy. That is why failed thinkers always choose the latter.
I have more respect for flat earthers than communists. Flat earthers are harmless, and everyone agrees they are idiots. Communism keeps getting recycled as virtue despite its body count and total record of failure. Communists, democratic socialists, or whatever they like to call themselves nowadays are societyâs most dangerous idiots, especially when they are elected into positions of power.
I lived under collective property. It meant decay, shortages, corruption, and people pretending to work while the system pretended to function.
I did not come to America to hear these ideas again, dressed up as justice.
I came here because this country understood something rare: freedom requires ownership.
I have seen how this ends.
It never ends well.

Every time something like this happens, I have a flash of naivety sweep through me. "This will be the last straw. They'll stop pretending there's no problem now. Surely they can't just do "don't look back in anger again"" etc.
Just watch. It'll be the same as every other time.

I'm a Progressive and native of NYC living in San Francisco. I watched us slowly tilt toward socialism, and it nearly destroyed the city. SF changed the course to save itself. Did we not serve as an excellent example of what not to do?
Socialism always sounds good when explained.
But > 100 years has proven it's the absolute worst way to get societies to produce & distribute resources.
It's why countries that do it always become authoritarian. When the project fails the only way to stay in power is through force because people make less, have less & even starve
Yep. SF has now a very reasonable and so far great mayor. Most of the BOS are moderates as well. SF's been there already and we don't want to go back to the dark times of unhinged socialists running the show.
NYC is up for a wild ride and it ain't gonna be pretty.
New York is:
Getting @Waymo â
Close to electing an unqualified commie trust-fund activist theater kid who dreams of utopian social experiments that will ruin the city â
Remember: SF is always and everywhere a peek at what's to come for the rest of US. Always.
