Grateful to the @AirDistrict Board for electing me Board Chair for 2023. I have championed development of the world’s first zero NOx emissions rule for water heaters & furnaces these past few years and look forward to bringing it before the Board for adoption in early 2023.
Such a fun surprise to share this milestone moment with @RachelEGolden ! Looking forward to a future where we can all have homes free of polluting gas!
While strategizing on national gas appliance regulations with @denisegrab, PG&E showed up to remove my gas meter!

BDC Executive Director @panamaredhat caught up with @RepKatiePorter and @SecGranholm to discuss climate-friendly technologies that will be incentivized under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) 👇🏼
.@RepKatiePorter is right: There are lots of misconceptions about clean energy appliances + home upgrades—esp. around cost. Through @POTUS' Inflation Reduction Act, we're making 🌎-friendly, health-friendly home upgrades budget-friendly too.

Between CA setting an end date for the sale of fossil-fired cars and Congress investing $369B in climate action, I've got a strange sensation that's starting to feel like hope 🤩
CA is leading the U.S. & the 🌎 with a regulation that sets ambitious but achievable targets for #ZEV sales. Increasing⬆️the number of #ZEVs on our roads will deliver #cleanair for all Californians, especially those near roadways & persistent #airpollution.
