its bothering me that its been a few days and the player who unpaused is still unknown. if u genuinely think that it was a mistake,, there shouldn’t be no problem of admitting it and take the punishment. worse case scenario u get a 1 tourney ban and move on. 1/?
Hey everyone, I want to provide a quick update on the AMER Trials situation from this past weekend. After reviewing the situation with our team, we were unable to identify the player who unpaused the game without authorization. We’ve already implemented a fix that will help us identify those responsible in similar situations moving forward.
We sincerely apologize to @HannekoKitten for the impact this had on her event. This was a miss in our ability to effectively track this particular rule infraction to ensure the right person is held accountable, but we're going to learn and grow from this one.
