My summary of what I we have now learned about the Maduro thing a day later:
1. Innocent civilians were killed, including an 80 year old women who was murdered by American soldiers in her home
2. Trump decided on that attack due to seeing Maduro “dancing too much”
3. The Maduro regime is still in power in Venezuela, and there are no plans to actually do anything to free the Venezuelan people from the dictatorship.
4. Marco Rubio is stuttering all over TV and obviously thinks this was a terrible idea with zero legal justification
5. The oil is a fantasy. It would take a decade to raise oil production to what they want and no one is willing to invest in such a mess.
