glyph kit v0.2.0 is out (link in bio)
every type has motion support, 60 total artefacts in 10 areas, document and screen layouts the install is cut in half (205 KB) and figures draw 4× faster
It's funny how terrible the initial Claude Code app was compared to Codex and now it's the other way round.
Those are too good!
Another polish thing for @bot: More bots to love and make your own. We also cleaned up their animation states.
my new personal faves are the heart and flower 🥺
🫰to @lukebvrker and @kenneth_kuh for the most delightful work on these
Day 3 of using my new window manager. I can’t go back to classic macOS window management. I drank my own kool aid.
Claude throwing you into Opus 4.8 because you're coding Mac window management stuff is diabolical. I'm building a window manager for nerds, not hacking the gov.

@nordenfeltphil @deezel ah "the old" i grew up in old Soviet so capitalism is the best thing ever....nooooooope
It's funny that ~10y ago Piter was passionately telling me how awesome communism is and that I know nothing about it/it's gonna work this time/last time it didn't work cuz it was you dumb Slavs.
Can't find it, but feel free to search for it.
Like what is this. There’s a home tab, a home tab in the home tab, music was gone for a month and now it’s back, subscriptions gone from the main bottom bar.
Also let’s not even get started on typography, layout, tap targets, casting not working 50% of the time and wrong comments showing on up from the previous video I was watching!
Hey @GoogleDesign and @YouTube, please, please, please stop whatever you’re doing with the YouTube iOS app.
I’ve been a designer/engineer/maker for 15+ years now. Every. Single. Experiment so far has been a dud. Just fire your PM/decision maker for YT on iOS. They are shooting in the dark. Throwing darts or rolling dice and giving them to a model from 2022 would probably give better results.
It’s become impossible to use the app and adding 500+ insane experiments will not solve your lack of vision. Please figure out a direction and stick with it. This is not ill-intended, I’m seeing my favorite place on the internet get destroyed on iOS for the last few years and there’s no way to use alternative clients, so I’m stuck.

This. Plus when did a sane human complain about other sane humans dressing hot and being hot around them?
Gotta tell you, I’m 6.5, 250 pounds and women at the gym enjoy seeing me in a tiny stringer. And I enjoy seeing them in whatever crop top and scrunch bum pants they are wearing. My wife says the same.
Okay, I made the coolest macOS window manager. I can't go back to using the built-in one. Help me figure out what to do.

2 votes • Final resultsI love the idea of the HomeView. That’s the same reason we hacked together Android based smart home controllers. Everyone wants a screen to control their home with on the wall. How is this not obvious?
This take coming from folks without a family isn’t a surprise.
A rare Apple miss, perhaps the new Homepod with a screen servers a purpose as a product, but it very much goes against apple's philosophy and should not exist.
It is a peek capitalism midwit product that amounts to almost no purpose, and the purpose that it does serve is mediocre at best (both as a speaker, as a touch device)
