Everyone sees Xabi Alonso as a quiet manager with no arrogance because of his calmness at Real Madrid, but Xabi Alonso is actually a ruthless manager — he just wants a good result in every game. When he came to Chelsea, I was expecting him to pity players and play them because of the name they have earned, even if they are not in good form. But no, Xabi Alonso doesn't care about your history; he plays whoever will perform better. Look at how he has been benching Fofana and Gusto. Bro ruthlessly sent Sanchez out on loan, sold Garnacho ASAP, converted Neto to wing-back and benched Estevão just because Neto offers more. He just wants his game to be balanced, and he's just getting started. With Xabi Alonso, I see us being one of the top competitive clubs in Europe from next season. In all of this, he's so friendly with the players and they like him. This is what a proper manager does. Hansi Flick is doing well at Barcelona because he has that chemistry with his players.aside good tactic. Good relationship helps in every team
