I thought it was time for me to write about this.
Through µLearn and the Purple Movement, I have worked directly with over 60,000 young people over the past 5 years. I have sat with them, built with them, listened to them, and watched what happens when someone simply gets out of their way.
So I feel a responsibility to be their voice.
We tell students:
“Work hard.”
“Your future depends on this exam.”
Then the system fails them.
CBSE. NEET.
And still, we call them the “lazy generation.”
No.
This is not a lazy generation.
This is a generation waiting for systems worthy of their potential.
The real issue is not just marks. It is trust.
When youth lose trust, their energy can turn into anger, frustration, or destruction. Our responsibility is to channel that energy into hope, purpose, creation, and a positive future.
That is why I wrote this.
