#Chanchal_Yadav : राहुल गांधी के प्रेस कांफ्रेंस में कांग्रेस की कार्यकर्ता ने दिल्ली पुलिस की सिपाही चंचल यादव पर आरोप लगाया कि चंचल ने उन्हें पीटा । चूँकि प्रेस कांफ्रेंस राहुल गांधी की थी तो सबने दिखाया । खूब दिखाया ।
1. पत्रकारिता कहती है चंचल का भी पक्ष सुनना चाहिए । चंचल के साथ क्या हुआ? मैंने अपने रिपोर्टर @abhayparashar को चंचल के पास भेजा। अभय ने चंचल से बात की । दिल्ली पुलिस की सिपाही राहुल गांधी की प्रेस कांफ्रेंस के बाद डरी हुई है । उसे लग रहा है उसके परिवार के साथ अब क्या होगा ? पुलिस वालों का वीडियो बनाओ, ये ओपन कॉल दी गई है ।
2. पत्रकारिता ये भी कहती है वीडियो दोनों तरफ का दिखाया जाना चाहिए । तो ये देखिए सिपाही चंचल यादव को कैसे पीटा गया ? वीडियो के इस हिस्से से साफ हो जाएगा पीटा तो चंचल को भी गया है ।
3. पत्रकारिता धर्म है कि राहुल जिसके साथ खड़े हों उसकी बात चले तो चंचल की बात भी सामने आए , जो पुलिस की सिपाही है । गरीब घर की बेटी है और कोई ताकतवर नेता उसके साथ खड़ा नहीं है ।
4. चंचल ने बहुत हिम्मत जुटाकर अभय को पूरा किस्सा बताया :
‘चंचल को प्रदर्शनकारियों को डिटेन करने का ऑर्डर मिला । उन्होंने NSUI कार्यकर्ता को डिटेन किया , बस में बिठाया ।
5. ‘NSUI कार्यकर्ता ने ड्राइवर पर झपट्टा मारा , बस की चाबी निकालकर फेंक दी । बस रोक दी । चंचल अपनी ड्यूटी कर रही थी । उसने NSUI कार्यकर्ता को वापस पकड़ा तो उन्होंने चंचल को पटक दिया । ये वीडियो में दिख भी रहा है । फिर आपस में गुत्थम गुत्था हुई । दोनों को चोट लगी । ये भी वीडियो में दिख रहा है । सिपाही चंचल यादव इस वक्त भी अस्पताल में भर्ती है’
थोड़ी देर में आप चंचल का इंटरव्यू इंडिया टीवी पर देखने वाले हैं । पत्रकारिता यही है , दोनों पक्ष दिखाना ।

इसकी इन्हीं हरकतों की वजह से अगर इस दिल्ली पुलिस के जवान ने इसके चांटा रख दिया होता खींच के तो अभी Women Victim Card खेल रही होती और मिडिया भी दिखाता पर पुरुष के साथ हुई अभद्रता कोई नहीं दिखाएगा।

No. The right to peaceful assembly is protected, but it does not include a free pass to violate laws, disrupt public order or damage property. Governments are responsible for enforcing legal limits while allowing legitimate protest. Isolated clashes and stone-pelting reported today do not change that principle.
