Rich Paul:
“I got guys, 22, making $200M over the next 4 or 5 years. I'm constantly telling them that's not a lot of money based upon where you're starting, because you're starting from zero… Not to mention jeans today, the ones they want that they're buying in excess, which they probably don't really need, cost $2,000… No athlete can afford to fly private all the time, yet we see so many athletes on Instagram flying private. I fly Delta.”

Team Loaded 757 15U led by Coach Malcolm Hawkins has been dominant throughout Session 1, holding a perfect 20-0 record with wins over 2 PUMA NXT PRO teams and 1 UA Future squad while remaining undefeated on the PHL circuit and against MADE Hoops competition. Most recently, the group captured the I-95 Championship.
The first thing that jumps out about this team is its toughness and discipline. They also bring intriguing size and length with 6’6 2029 Shawn Mercer and 6’5 2029 Elliott Carpenter controlling the interior. Their guard tandem and wings 2029 guards Joel Fullwood, Aydin Jones, and Marcellus Connor are nightmares to stay in front of with their downhill ability and offensive creation. Versatile pieces like 2029 Aidan Powell and jack-of-all-trades Darius Hunter add even more toughness, versatility, and depth on both ends of the floor.
What’s been most impressive about this young group is the maturity they’ve shown all spring. They’re highly coachable, respond extremely well to hard coaching, and consistently compete with the right attitude and approach. Their willingness to be coached and play for one another has been a major factor behind their early success.

13–4 for Session 1. The way we started, we absolutely responded the right way. Tons of talent on this young roster, and a lot of guys have improved tremendously throughout the season.
This group has responded well to hard coaching and continues to show toughness, competitiveness, and togetherness every time out. Just a tough group that truly loves competition 📈
Currently sitting 8th on the PHL Circuit 🔥

Just got back from Adidas 3SSB Session II.
I'm not going to give you a player recap.
I'm going to tell you the thing every parent and player on this circuit refuses to believe — using 4 kids I actually coached.
