It’s quite disappointing that even after posting on twitter about the AC not working, bought from @RelianceDigital @PanasonicIndia, This complaint was not taken seriously and it’s been a week. I won’t buy anything from @RelianceDigital now. Avoid buying from these companies.
Bought a Panasonic 1.5T AC (Serial: 241VAJEVCN02918) from Reliance Digital, Noida DLF Mall on March 31, 2024. It failed in 1.5 months. Panasonic refused repairs under warranty, and Reliance Digital’s resQ service is unresponsive. @PanasonicIndia @RelianceDigital #RelianceresQ
