Spent a few hours training with someone who’s operated at the highest level of sport. You realise quickly the difference isn’t talent. It’s consistency. That’s probably the biggest thing I took away.

I trained with @cgilroy14 to see what separates professionals from everyone else. One thing became obvious: Consistency looks boring… until you try to match it. If you’d like to see how I got on, the full episode is now live: youtu.be/3sKIJX1PzOo?si=xoGy…

Your standards are shaped by the people you spend time with. Find people who make your current level feel ordinary. That’s where growth begins.

Some days don’t teach you anything. They just remind you why you’re doing what you’re doing. Trying not to rush past those.

Been a while. I’ve launched a podcast Founder & Family focused on high-agency people balancing demanding careers with family life. Latest ep is out now with @Stuart_Mc12 Would really appreciate a listen, like, share or subscribe. 🎙️ Out now on all platforms. Link in bio
