2/ I have already raised a formal grievance (Grievance No: ROPUN/E/2026/23499) and emailed the assigned officer requesting intervention. The KYC section shows no pending approval, so I cannot even raise a fresh request. Despite this, the issue remains unresolved.

I’ve consistently been getting 15K–20K views per video But from the past 5 days, my videos are only getting 20–30 views. This sudden drop feels unusual.
