It seems @RoyalMail don’t care that you can be waiting for important stuff in the post when they don’t deliver many days a week anymore.
Are you going to tell me I can activate without getting the app? I’m still waiting for the PIN number. I know you said up to NINE days to get the card and join but I find this ludicrous. Mind you @RoyalMail can’t be bothered to deliver post every day any more so we’re stuffed
So e.on send someone round to change the gas smart meter which messes up the boiler, which results in no gas this no hot water. Eon don’t care. Boiler co out, says boiler ok but eon person has capped off the elec. Eon don’t care. Now having to get a plumber out to uncap meter. 😡

Wow! Yet again rubbish customer service from @AdmiralUK On hold for nearly 20 minutes only to be cut off. Oh is it because it is 10 minutes until you finish for the day????

Why does @virginmedia think it’s okay to leave you on hold on chat for an hour pass you to three different people AND STILL they don’t cancel the account you requested numerous times?

@AdmiralUK on hold for 25 minutes so far to talk about a motor claim going back 18 months & still not sorted. Not impressed. My renewal is due.
@AdmiralUK this claim was not my fault yet it still drags on. I’m supposedly waiting to talk to an operator who knows how to use the ‘old’ system as my claim is that old! FGS this is not on!!!
The whole house buying process in England is so stressful. When are solicitors going to realise they are messing with people’s lives with their lax attitude? The whole chain is in jeopardy due to rubbish solicitors not getting their act together. We need to exchange now!
Oh the joys of @virginmedia FAILURE! My mother has been without her landline for several weeks and still not sorted. Another morning on the phone to talk to your Indian call centre on hold. Last week they lied and said it had been sorted. Clearly not. Complete rubbish.
