We are aware of reports regarding @mobileXus SIM cards, along with other providers being recovered during a federal investigation. MobileX was built to make mobile service simple and affordable, and while that accessibility can occasionally attract bad actors, we have strong safeguards in place to detect and block automated or bulk usage. We shut down suspicious activity every day and are prepared to fully cooperate with authorities if contacted.
