Everybody needs to remember that @ShelleyLuther is telling us that she is about to vote to implement a private school voucher program (SB2) that has LESS government regulations, restrictions and oversight than her HAIR SALON!

Why dont you just create a bill that says that public schools will not have to follow any rules or regulations that are not required or set forth in SB2. And then just start asking and maybe we can get something done before 2026

If we wanted to create a scenario where vouchers and public schools both win:
1. Increase basic allotment
2. Fund enrollment
3. No standardized test except what Feds require.
Could we live with this and vouchers?
Grayson County-call 512-463-0297 and tell Shelley Luther to vote "NO" for Senate Bill 2.
The way Abbott is trying to set this up, it is not "school choice," it's "welfare for the wealthy." Taxpayers should be irrate. Call your senators and reps. @ShelleyLuther
