After seeing all of the nonsense about the KBMX radar reboot yesterday it continues to give a clear message: we have a mental health crisis in this country.

The NEXRAD weather radar KBMX went out of service around 3pm on June 25. A technician restarted the radar. As the radar was coming back up, there were a few volume scans without ground clutter suppression and a different color table. But all was back to normal quickly.
