Under normal circumstances I'd love your trains to be early @sw_help. But this temp timetable means trains are arriving so early at the calling points they are waiting for ages. 10 min at BSK & Just under 20 min today at WOK. It's not ok. @swtrains_watch
Hi @SW_Help given advice not to travel how do season ticket holders claim the days compensation? Is it a 120 minute delay repay as previously? @swtrains_watch
Nothing on the front page of your website, no emails and no announcements on preceding days trains! or at stations! Surely you should be running trains when it's coolest? Why are you forcing people to be outside longer than they need to be? @swtrains_watch

@sw_help after a terrible week last week where I have had to claim delay repay every day culminating on Friday when I was 4 hours delayed you have decided to make your customers life even harder by downgrading my delay repay to 60-119 minutes! @swtrains_watch @Heidi_Labour
Communication at Waterloo is non existent.
Mobiles don't work, wifi doesn't work.
There's no way to know which train is leaving next in these situations.
Surely given the disruption on Friday you should be accepting any reasonable delay repay request.
