ALT In March 1968, "I Can't Let Maggie Go" the third Honeybus single hit number 8 in the UK and became a huge hit worldwide, but by summer 1969 the band had virtually called it a day. However, the group completed an album's worth of new material. The album called Story was eventually released without much promotion in March 1970, by which time Honeybus was no more. Produced by Ivor Raymonde.

ALT RECITAL & MORE: THE PETE DELLO YEARS -- The classic Honeybus line-up of Pete Dello, Colin Hare, Ray Cane and Pete Kirchner got back together again in 1971 to record new material, and although a new album entitlted “Recital” was scheduled to be released, only two singles finally emerged. This double LP set gathers together all those long unavailable recordings: “Recital”, the Holy Grail for Honeybus fans: the band’s long lost and originally shelved album recorded after they signed to Warner Bros. Records in 1972, beautifully remastered from Pete Dello's very own surviving test pressing, and “For Where Have You Been: The Lost Tracks”, a collection of lost and rare tracks.
