Choose "presumption of liberty" over "presumption of constitutionality." Do what you want, just not with my money.

The US Supreme Court has the inherent power to recall its judgment/mandate, but it’s done extremely rarely—typically only for clerical errors, fraud, or other extraordinary circumstances, not routine rehearing requests. Historical examples exist (e.g., 19th-century cases like The Palmyra for procedural mistakes), but there’s no common tally because it happens so infrequently in over 230 years. This motion would be exceptional if granted.

Progress is such a great thing. It’s so much easier to accomplish things today than it was even just 20 years ago. It used to take real work and dedication to be an asshole. Now, anyone can do it.

I was in information technology. I was good. I don't know shit about farming. I would suck at it. But I bet I'd be better at farming than he is at knowing what makes the world go 'round.
Bloomberg on why farmers can’t work in information technology MB: “I can teach anyone how to be a farmer 1 dig a hole 2 put a seed in 3 put dirt on top 4 add water 5 up comes the corn” The skill 4information technology is completely different you need more grey matter #farmers

What I learned from the tragedy at my school is that you can't rely on the Government to always be there. You must be self-dependant. Others learned that we should give even more power to the governments that already failed us so deeply.

Recreate Brexit at home by getting your children to vote on what they want for dinner. When they've decided, keep telling them you're making it. After 3 years, throw their dinner at the wall and laugh in their stupid faces for thinking that voting for anything made a difference.

Tonight's catch using last year's birthday present. I can't believe they're out here this early.
She would be "open" to the idea of allowing an industry to survive. This is worse, in my opinion, she is now stating that the government should be in the business of deciding which industries should exist. cnn.it/2HGd0Kc
“SPIDER ON MY SHOE!!!!” Although frantically said by a two-year old, we can all relate to the sheer horror created by the situation.
I am an American living in Germany. My grocery store currently has a temporary “American food” section. Join me for a tour of what Germans think Americans eat.
