'Remove'? The 'massacre' law permits ALL stray dogs who cannot be rehomed to be killed. There are an estimated 4 million stray dogs, and & 322 Turkish shelters can accommodate only 105,000. The maths isn't hard. There will be a massacre. @domdyer70

Turkey’s new law proposing to kill millions of stray animals passes with 275 votes in favour, 224 against and 1 abstaining. The majority of the votes are of the ruling party AKP and right-wing MHP.
This is a heinous crime against the animals of Turkey.
