Every codebase that heavily leverages AI to write code MUST have e2e tests, use strictly typed languages and strict linter rules to stay maintainable. And use libraries like knip to detect dead code.

If writing code is so trivial due to AI. Is using dynamically typed languages worth it anymore? I think the stricter the language you use the better it is to write robust and high quality code. You can still be fast because AI writes the code for you.
