These 3 made it onto the All-Time Top 10 Points list!!! The point scale is sliding base on performance on Bench, Squat, Clean, 40 Yd Dash, Pro Agility, Vertical Jump, and 300 Yd Shuttle. Extremely difficult list to get on! Congrats Jaiden, Kale, and Emma!!

Congrats DCHS Red Demon Powerlifting who competed at 6A State Powerlifting on Sat. We had 32 lifters & scored 33 individ. medals(1st, 2nd, 3rd). 12 athletes medaled top 3 overall for their weight class. Men took 4th overall & women took 2nd overall out of 13 teams (279 lifters)!

Dodge City (6A🏈). Red Demons opened up the season with a win over Woodward (OK), 40-6. This week they will make the 628 mile round trip to face Olathe East.

Congratulations to our DCHS S&C students who competed in the Kansas 6A State Powerlifting Meet in Wichita last wknd. The boys placed 3rd overall out of 12 teams & the girls placed 5th out of 9 teams (w/only 5 girls). We had 4 individual gold medals, 2 silver medals and 2 bronze!
