Andrews could/should have had a hat trick. Reoccurring thoughts….we could have had 7 or more. When we’re good, we’re really fucking good. Piss this league #GTFC

One goal and one assist for Géza Dávid Turi today in Grimsby's 1-4 win over Gillingham 🔥
A cracking view of the Rodger goal….

🎥 WEATHER ROTTEN, PERFORMANCE WORSE
🗓️ 24th October 2026
🏆 League Two
🆚 Grimsby Town
🏟️ Priestfield Stadium
Anyone else see that coming at half time?
First period I think it’s fair to say our opponents were better than us for the first half hour & deservedly lead thanks to Harvey Rodgers, but we ended it well & levelled up after good combination play between Garath McCleary & Ronan Hale.
Second period we were fine to start with, but from the moment Armani Little gave away a needless & nailed on spot kick we simply folded & looked very much like last season.
Another 90 minutes of only fleeting moments of quality from us & far too much poor decision making & execution.
Improvements & reinforcements needed & swiftly.

Hartlepool’s Neo Eccleston was shown a third red card of the season this afternoon…
He’s only played 10 league games…

Fortunately, his side managed to get themselves all three points with a man less.

Brown kit every week please. Fucking piss this league. Could/should have had 6 or 7. Give these young guns some confidence….they’ll play. A solid week on the road. #GTFC
These are gonna be bang up for this tie. Proper cup tie on the cards, hope it’s a memorable day….but not too memorable….
🎥⚽ Things are getting VERY real at Stafford Rangers!
Today, the TNT Sports production crew were at the Stan Robinson Stadium, braving the rain to work through all the logistics and preparations for our live FA Cup First Round Proper tie against Grimsby Town.
From camera positions and commentary locations to broadcast infrastructure and matchday planning, the build-up is well and truly underway as national television comes to Marston Road.
It's another reminder of what a huge occasion this is for everyone connected with the club. Players, staff, volunteers, supporters and sponsors have all played their part in helping us reach this stage, and now the countdown is on.
The cameras are coming. The FA Cup is coming. Grimsby Town are coming.
And we can't wait. 💚⚽

I thought we were much better tonight. Artell well say the same thing as Saturday, because it’s true. Don’t take your chances, don’t win games. Could have won 3 times over. Much better. We’ll get there….#GTFC
Feel for Edon and Doug. It’s as bad as it’s ever been to watch at the mo. Confidence rock bottom. Squad depleted. Simple things not happening. Awful. #GTFC
No need to be concerned…..thin squad. Lost identity. Lost players. Loads of injuries. Need a reset quickly, need some creativity, need some confidence! #GTFC
DA will be fuming with that first half. Sloppy in possession and lacked confidence. Great to see some minutes for Tharme and Staunton. Fin Cartwright is gonna be some player…but that cameo from Maldini…#GTFC
A lot of praise for the newer signing but yet again Rodgers, Green and McJannet were fantastic.
Green is a proper warrior.
Rodgers and McJ the most consistent players we have.
A lot of players will be attracting interest yet again. #GTFC
Don’t you dare….
Peterborough United Football Club has today parted company with First Team Manager Luke Williams.
On behalf of everyone at the Football Club, we would like to place on record our thanks to Luke for all his efforts during his time at the Weston Homes Stadium.
This is not a decision the club has taken lightly. However, the team's form in Sky Bet League One has not matched the Board's expectations, particularly given the significant investment made in the squad, and following today's performance against Doncaster Rovers the Board felt it had no other choice but to make a change.
The club's existing coaching staff will take charge of the first team squad while the Board considers its next steps.

Thought the ref was ok. Their keeper good. Could have been 10-0, could have been 2-2. Very first gear all game. Piss this league. Prob won’t lose this season. #GTFC
