2/2 Get an email back from proofs to say follow chat for quick resolution, then spend 90 minutes with no joy so called 333 and told its an issue with @MoneySupermkt so can't be honoured. I followed their link to your site and provided proof, yet it's my fault and no flexibility.

Absolute poor service. I joined the Amex presale queue for BILLIE EILISH tickets, was number 723 in the queue but when you transfer me to the queue I just get spinning wheel and locked. If you're going to use technology to offer a service then make sure it works.
@ticketmaster And of course I rejoin (different browser) at number 4419 and then get through again and guess what? Exactly the same. No way they should have been sold out before when I was 723 and its a 4 per user limit. Absolute shambles service. I bet touts had no issues.
