Replying to @SenatorSlotkin
@SenatorSlotkin is a 💯 Communist—and she is doing what the CCP has done to its political opponents. Under Mao, people were persecuted, imprisoned, and executed for: ✅ Having served under the old regime ✅ Being related to or associated with someone condemned by the Party ✅ Holding the “wrong” opinions ✅ Asking the “wrong” questions… We must keep Communists out of power!
ON UCHICAGO CAMPUS: U.S. Senator from Michigan Elissa Slotkin hopes planned political prosecutions of republican leaders will scare young conservatives from getting involved in politics. @ElissaSlotkin

Hedy Lamarr, often described as “the most beautiful woman in the world.” The 26-year-old Lamarr was thriving in Hollywood when, in September 1940, Nazi U-boats hunted down and sank a cruise ship trying to evacuate 90 British schoolchildren to Canada. 77 drowned in the bleak north Atlantic. Lamarr, a Jewish immigrant from Nazi-occupied Austria, who had made America her home since 1938, was outraged. It was this incident that prompted her to develop a sonar sub-locator. As we know, the principles of her work are now incorporated into modern Wi-Fi, CDMA and Bluetooth technology.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Hedy Lamarr and George Antheil co-invented a frequency-hopping radio system for guiding torpedoes to prevent jamming, not a sonar sub-locator. The SS City of Benares sinking motivated her, and the technology is a precursor to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and CDMA. nationalww2museum.org/war/articles/h… smithsonianmag.com/innovation/hol… en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sinking_o…

If the refs would have held this standard the rest of the game, I wouldn't complain. But they swallowed the whistle only on the last play.
Can someone tell me how this isn’t pass interference?? I wouldn’t be so mad if they had been letting them play all day….but they’ve called like 35 pass interference fouls today 🙄🙄🙄

Praise God
Katie Zacharia was almost aborted. 30 minutes before her scheduled abortion appointment, her 19-year-old biological mother received a call from a Christian counselor urging her to place Katie for adoption instead. She was just selected to be the new White House Press Secretary. God can use anyone.

First, the governor tries to limit her access to the means of armed self defense. Second the governor moves to release her convicted rapist from prison. How is VA tolerating this?
🚨 WATCH: A rape survivor told me she’s terrified Gov. Abigail Spanberger’s parole board is going to release the man who raped her. Last year, the man was sentenced to 24 years in prison and just a few months later she was notified the man was up for parole.

Absolutely. Drop the charges and give every Guard member a license to carry anywhere anytime.
Hey @SecWar @PeteHegseth, please don't allow tyrannical gun control to destroy U.S. Army Spc. Jakob Noonan's life. As a National Guardsman assigned to the D.C. Safe & Beautiful mission, it was his job to carry a firearm to protect Washingtonians. They are violating his rights!

Cardinal Ernest Simony (age 97) was a prisoner under the communist regime of Albania for 28 years from 1963. He was imprisoned after he offered a Mass for the repose of US President John F. Kennedy. While a prisoner, he spent 18 years working in mines and the next ten in sewage canals. Yet this holy bishop forgave his prisoners and went back to the prison camp on July 31, 2026, to offer Mass for those who suffered or died there.

Another angle
There will be lots of heated debate about this kick and the scenarios that preceded it for a long time around here…

We need some more angles on this. I am not saying it was good. It was close enough for the entire student section to think it was in, sitting right in front of the uprights. This should have gotten more than an immediate cut to the next game.
Cameras are everywhere in the world besides where they are needed in sports! The goalpost should have camera facing up…..Was Virginia Tech robbed? We will never know!

She's a keeper.
Kissed my wife goodbye this morning. She said “where you going?” I said Blacksburg. She said “Blacksburg?” I said Blacksburg. She said “what’s in Blacksburg?” I showed her this video. She said “…take me with you”

A regime who just slaughtered 40-50K of its own citizens for public demonstrations, who just gave 70+ lashes to a woman for not wearing a hijab wants the Democrats to win in November.

You better believe it. Let's Go!...Ho-kies!
The 10 most hostile College Football environments I expect in Week 5. What would you change?

Without taking a side on the issue this animated meme mocks, I think I'm on the 20th replay of this and still laughing.
The NFL has released footage of the proper technique Chop Robinson should have used to hit Patrick Mahomes.

Another DGU, but I keep hearing this is just a myth.
🚨2A NEWS🚨 An Airbnb renter shot one of two armed men as they tried to break into a Fort Lauderdale property. The renter fired one shot that ended up striking Dareon Pubien in the chest after the two armed men entered the home and confronted him. Pubien fled on foot but was tracked down by officers following a trail of blood and later underwent surgery. He is listed in stable condition. His alleged partner, Sean Thompson was also arrested. Both low lives are facing charges of attempted felony murder and home invasion with a firearm. MUGSHOT: Sean Thompson

There are special needs families in Fairfax who constantly hear not enough resources exist to meet their needs. And then this...
🚨New: Fairfax County Chairman Jeff McKay spent more than a quarter million tax dollars to build a COVID memorial and the Board of Supervisors voted to spend nearly a million tax dollars for the planning of an arts hub with few details on how it would benefit the community. The Taxpayers Protection Alliance said this is not where taxpayer money should go, especially since county leaders couldn’t find the money for crossing guards at local high schools and have continued to raise local taxes year after year. In fact, Fairfax County now has one of the highest property tax rates in Virginia. And the Board of Supervisors, led by McKay, also recently implemented a food tax despite voters shooting it down twice.
