🚨TRANSFER PORTAL NUMBERS🚨
1,000+ softball players entered the transfer portal this year.
Only 248 have signed so far.
If you’re thinking about entering the portal at any point in your college career, have a plan before you enter.
The right guidance could be the difference between playing again… or not.

The teachers and coaches that impact lives the most are the ones who pushed you beyond your comfort level.

“Now we’re just supposed to hug and kiss everybody. You know what? Do your job right. Go to class and you won’t hear about not going to class. Kids have so many distractions they don’t stay focused on the task at hand. Accountability is going to be big until I leave,” Tom Izzo

Every choice compounds.
Skip one rep?
You're stealing from tomorrow.
Give extra effort?
You're investing in greatness.

🚨Serious ballplayers🚨
Your first reaction to discipline and structure should be thankfulness‼️
🙏🏽Thankful that your coaches care enough to hold everyone accountable.
🙏🏽Thankful that your coaches care about you as a person and not just as a ballplayer.
🙏🏽Thankful that your coaches expect your very best all of the time.
🙏🏽Thankful that your coaches are trying to create a respectful and winning culture.
If you think discipline and structure is punishment, you will never be good enough to compete at your best ability and you’ll end up complaining about the very things now that you’ll end up being thankful for later!
