Was at the Dave Chapelle show at SF tonight and who comes on but Elon Musk! A good 80% of the stadium boos. 18k people. and he withers. Like absolutely turns into a corncob. “What should I say??” He says Dave tries to salvage the situation but to no avail

A reminder that “Free Speech” under the 1st Amend protects from gov regulation of speech, not private corps. I get Elon is equating Twitter with 1st Amend rights here, but no one can sue Apple or Twitter for a violation of “Free Speech” under the Constitution.

Apple has mostly stopped advertising on Twitter. Do they hate free speech in America?
Kansas is one of 6 states suing to block federal student loan forgiveness. For such a largely supported measure, it’s insane to think that state Republicans want to end it.
Why do so many people stress bake? What is relaxing about the most complicated form of cooking??

It’s 7am and I’m already disappointed..
Last Monday gas was $4.09. Today it’s $4.69. I have never seen gas jump this much in such a short period before. Is something happening I don’t know about?

Come on, Kansas. Johnson County Community College is about a 10-15 minute drive from Shawnee. How will this ordinance affect college students? What of the disparate impact on low income individuals? What’s the point?
