Hey @GWRHelp - I've got a ticket for collection that I've just gone to pick up and it's said that the code has expired on my app. I've spoken to the helpful @LNER staff at Newcastle who said that the machine doesn't recognise my collection code and they don't know why?

Hi @Merseytravel - my dad has an Over 60s Merseytravel pass that he's used for the past five years to catch the first train in the morning from GSW to LIV for work as it leaves before 06:30. Due to COVID-19 the 05:44 has been indefinitely cancelled and the date for its return

appears to keep being pushed back (now the 17th May). Normally, prior to the pandemic, if the first train were cancelled he would be allowed to catch the next train (06:31) to Liverpool. In the current situation, is he able to catch the 06:31 with his pass? Currently I am taking

him to St Helens Bus Station each morning at 05:30 to catch an earlier bus. Any help or advice would be greatly received! Sorry for the long explanation!
One year to the day since I last stepped foot on a train 😳
restrictions (bought on 28th Oct when both were in Tier 2) but I'm not allowed to apply for a voucher as it's after the 2nd Jan. Why hasn't this been extended further as places are still in Tier 4 now as they were on Saturday? @BBCWatchdog
Hi @AvantiWestCoast, I'm having a bit of trouble with a super off peak ticket refund and changing the date of an advance ticket. I've requested the refund but haven't received it (more than the 5 working days stated in confirmation email) and the change of date isn't permitted?

Also it suggested I would still be paying the £10 fee that you say you're waiving for tickets bought before September - my purchase date is 10th August. Sorry for the long tweet and I appreciate any help/advice you can give!
Finally got round to watching Mamma Mia 2 and watching Christine Baranski and Julie Walters sing one of my favourite ABBA songs Angel Eyes gives me life - I can't remember the last time I howled with laughter watching a film 😂
