I'm sorry we never got a chance to meet, but getting this note from Dolly really had a an impact on me. She definitely didn't have to take the time to do it. Even for a kid who mostly listened to rap music, she was an icon. A superstar in every sense. Rest easy Dolly. And thank you for the kind words.
With our new satellite buses, we plan to offer an optional @nvidia Space-1 Vera Rubin Module that can support orbital data center inferencing needs, AI edge compute, advanced signal processing applications, and autonomous space operations. vastspace.com/updates/vast-e…
Vast is expanding into high-power satellites. Introducing our new line of high-power satellite buses that leverage the technologies we’ve developed in-house for our Haven-1 space station and validated with the success of our Haven Demo mission. vastspace.com/satellites

Good morning, world! 🌎
We have spectacular new high-resolution images of our home planet, all of us looking back through the Orion capsule window at our Artemis II astronauts as they continue their journey to the Moon.

ALT One-third of Earth peeking through the window of the Orion capsule. The planet is a dreamy pale blue, swirling with white clouds and reflected sunlight. Although Earth only fills a fraction of the image it is the brightest object in the image by far. The capsule window is surrounded by a thick frame held in place with bolts, reminiscent of a heavy duty airplane window. It is dark in the capsule, but the outlines of straps and various components of the capsule are visible. Brighter white components are visible in the upper right corner. Credit: NASA/Reid Weisman
Thankful for our investors and team at Vast for making this possible. Now back to building America’s next space station.
Vast has secured $500M in funding to advance next-generation space station technologies and infrastructure for America and its allies. vastspace.com/updates/vast-s…
By studying samples analyzed by the Curiosity rover, scientists have taken another step toward understanding whether life could have ever existed on Mars.
A new study suggests that non-biological sources cannot fully account for the abundance of organic compounds found in a sample collected by the rover.

Tesla has a very unique way to incubate leaderships.
Because we are deeply mission oriented, each one of us really care what we work on.
You often see people organically organize, assigning tasks, and taking on initiatives.
More motivated employees would carry the balls all the way to the finish line, picking up tasks that are falling behind. They eventually become the natural leaders that can weather extreme heat and cold.
They do this not for the perf package or like to be called “tech lead”. They do this because they care.
Controlling the weather with AI. For real. That’s the ultimate goal of our portfolio company @Atmo. Congratulations on your partnership with @RainmakerCorp!
Replying to @atmo_ai
@atmo_ai and @RainmakerCorp are forming a strategic alliance to deploy the most precise weather modification platform in the world.
We look forward to setting a new global standard of excellence for Al-driven, drone-based precipitation enhancement with @ADoricko

Haven-1 Lab will be the world’s first commercial space laboratory for microgravity research and manufacturing.
Vast is proud to welcome JAMSS, @InterstellarLA, and @exobiosphere as the latest payload partners aboard the Haven-1 Lab, the world’s first microgravity research, development, and manufacturing platform on a commercial crewed space station.
They will join previously announced partners @yurigravity and @redwire in shaping the future of microgravity research. With the lab nearly at capacity, there are only a few more opportunities to add additional partners.

I'm agnostic because it's unknown whether Earth life came to be on its own or was created or planted here by aliens, or if we're in a simulation. But I'm an atheist when it comes to our religious doctrines because they were written by ancient people who knew even less than we do.
