I guess I can say it now - so when applicants would apply to the studio, the producer would go through their LinkedIn to see what posts they liked, and if he disagreed with their political/social Like, he'd advocate not to hire them based on their Like.

Chris Avellone claims a former BioWare producer allegedly checked job applicants’ LinkedIn activity, including posts they had liked.
According to Avellone, if the producer disagreed with an applicant’s political or social views, he would recommend against hiring them.
Avellone first mentioned the incident in November 2024, calling it potentially “cause for a lawsuit.” He has now revealed more details.

Around 2016 is when Bioware went down the drain. Every release after was a bug riddled nightmare that focused more on queer representation than making games that applied to anyone outside of the LGBTQ & games journalist praised them for it. At least they owned the chuds I guess.

I disagree. I've met bad men; most women have, unless they've led unusually sheltered lives, but there are men in my life who're among the best human beings I know, who I don't believe would ever leverage their advantage of strength to harm a woman or indeed any vulnerable person. They'd be far more likely to stand between a man with evil intent and the intended victim.
