British Columbia is open for business, ready to build, and set to supercharge our economy. Today's federal budget recognizes the tremendous potential across our energy, ports, mining, forestry, and trade sectors, from Roberts Bank Terminal 2 and LNG Canada Phase 2 to the North Coast Transmission Line and George Massey Crossing. Our incoming government is ready to work with Ottawa, First Nations, communities and industry to get these projects moving responsibly and make sure British Columbians share in the benefits. When B.C. succeeds, Canada succeeds. 🇨🇦

Imagine if you could reduce your debt by dividing it onto three credit cards! Well Mark Carney says today you can.

🇩🇪 POWERFUL WORDS FROM GERMANY! German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, wearing a kippah, speaks out against antisemitism disguised as criticism of Israel. “Hatred of Jews disguises itself as criticism of Israel. Denying its right to exist is crossing the line into antisemitism.”

Samud Zaman @s_zam17 is a Laval based Manager with @Rogers and a Team Manager with @fidomobile. He is originally of Pakistani descent. Samud Zaman is a supporter of the October 7thterrorist attacks that saw the murder of the largest Jews since the Holocaust, writing on October 7th 2023 “Keep fighting the good fight” with a Palestine flag emoji to show his support for the slaughter & kidnappings. Samud Zaman references “gay Jews that rape men” and that the “Genocide Jews” are “led by the Greek god of genocide.” Samud Zaman wants to see all Israelis taxed in Canada and wants them kicked out of Montreal, stating “get the fuck out of my city you Zio.” Samud Zaman believes Israelis “have control of everyone” and that they are “feeling the heat” while “shitting their pants that the truth is getting out there.” Samud Zaman proudly tells others on X that Sharia Law is coming, which he references as “shawarma law:” “We’re here and we’re going to implement shawarma law!” “Can’t wait for shawarma law to kick in” Samud Zaman interacts with Jewish women on X calling them “zio cunts” and “Zionist bitch.” Samud Zaman had also announced on X that he will be using Palestinian Neo-Nazi Yasser Awad @A13Beast, who announced his wish to see all Jews eliminated globally, as his personal trainer. This is a Notice of Public Interest to the Israeli & Jewish communities of Montreal & Laval regarding this supporter of terrorist attacks that murders Jews. Further we consider Jewish customers of Rogers & Fido compromised given Samud Zaman has access to sensitive customer information as a Manager at these cell phone providers. All information provided was obtained via publicly available sources & does not contain any forms of private materials.

🚨"By today's money we spent tens of billions of pounds to end slavery, we owe NO ONE an apology" Sir Iain Duncan Smith picks apart Andy Burnham giving the Caribbean £40 million in reparations for the slave trade. @MPIainDS | @jkyleofficial

William Wilberforce and generations of abolitionists fought until Parliament abolished the British slave trade in 1807. Britain then went further and used naval power to suppress slave trafficking across the world. That is part of our history. We should know it. We should teach it. We should be proud of it. Britain paid an enormous price for abolition, the debt placed on the British people was not fully repaid until 2015. I have nothing but pride in Britain's imperial past.

Britain's "role" in the slave trade was to have men and women of conscience who reversed millenia of assumptions worldwide, including in their own nation--and then spent blood and treasure to end it in as much of the world as possible. The UK owes no one or any country an apology or compensation. The laggards on slavery owe the UK an apology, and then thanks for setting the example.

Do not read this if you passionately believe in the case for reparations
There were five slave trades. You were taught about only one. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧 One. The Atlantic. Twelve million Africans shipped to the Americas. Britain banned it in 1807, then hunted it for sixty years. Two. The Barbary trade. A million Europeans taken to North Africa. Britain bombarded Algiers in 1816. Three. The Saharan trade. A thousand years of caravans north across the desert. Britain had its northern end banned. Tripoli, 1857. Four. The East African trade. Twenty thousand people a year through one customs house. Britain forced the market shut. 5 June 1873. Five. The Ottoman trade. Raiders sold Eastern Europeans south for three hundred years. Britain made the Sultan ban it in 1854. It cost sixty years and two thousand sailors. Nobody else fought all five. 🙏🇬🇧 It isn't over. Mauritania only made it a crime in 2007. Fifty million people are in slavery today. Someone has to remember who started the fight. ⚓🇬🇧💪

🚨BREAKING: The Liberals just voted against Bill C-264, leaving their Liberal tanker ban in place and preventing the export of crude oil from Prince Rupert on B.C's north coast. This shows that Prime Minister Mark Carney is not serious about making Canada an energy superpower.

This is false. Read his quote. CTV is making things up in an attempt to divide conservatives. The ideological, unscientific tanker ban that is arbitrarily applied to one region of the country and not others, has always been opposed by conservatives.
