I used to love this game, Dope Wars, and as a throwaway comment, I asked Claude to rebuild it, then forgot. I came back a few days later, and it had recreated the whole game inside a fake Windows machine. This opus model is so much fun.

Surprised this didn't trip guardrails. Literally a game about buying and selling drugs.

How is no one including this banger in their top 9?

I open-sourced the three.js site I built with Fable 5.1. I pushed the Kyoto theme further with tatami spaces, sliding doors, a 3D plastic menu, and a retro footer animation. It's surprising how much you can reshape when the whole experience is procedural code. Live site: mengto.github.io/sublevel-st… GitHub: github.com/MengTo/sublevel-s…
Okay, Fable 5.1 is crazy good at creating three.js sites. It’s faster, understands complex design instructions better, and recreates references with surgical precision. The English is also much easier to read. With this much power, it’s hard to settle for static sites, especially when so many AI-made sites look generic. A few things I noticed though: - It still creates generic AI illustrations if you don’t specify the images. - Difficult 3D subjects like people and dogs still become 3D slop unless I use Higgsfield 3D models. - You still have to push it to improve the textures, lighting, modeling, and small details. - Taste still matters. I had to fix overlapping elements, negative space, and scroll behavior. - I used canvasui.dev and threeui.com for the particle, VHS, and CRT effects. - Because it works faster, I go through tokens like there’s no tomorrow. Inspired by basement.studio. I can open-source this if anyone is interested.

I'm so reliant on YouTube and Spotify's algorithms to find new music. Feels like there isn't a good discovery tool out there. Going to try building one.

Someone should create a paid service called DebugMyVibe.com where vibe coders can turn to when AI inevitably hits a wall

Before vibe coding, it's worth ACTUALLY learning Git. Your future self will thank you when you need to ctrl+z your vibes 🎯

I feel like designing for small screens makes you a better designer. Felt like an impossible task at first, but we fit everything in.
