You can use the instruction card feature in my Mii Creator app to create instructions to quickly recreate Miis on the Switch 2 for the new game.
It also comes with a Switch 2-compatible QR code, if you have a camera and would rather scan it!

Y'all, peak feature dropped! You can now click on render and on the new get Mii reference button! you can have a very detailed reference on how to create miis yourself! It's well made. Good job bro!
Thanks to the efforts by some contributors, the Mii Creator app now supports creating and scanning Switch 2-compatible QR codes
They also work on 3DS/Wii U. I don't have a switch 2 compatible camera to test receiving, but here is me receiving a couple Switch 2 QR codes on Wii U.
