Law abiding black men with careers who believe they experience racism in the work place or anywhere in their lives need to ask themselves if the racism they experience is totally arbitrary or if perhaps the prevalence of niggas like this has something to do with it. If it’s possibly the latter then you need to ask yourself why you’re so willing to let these people ruin your reputation. You can’t keep asking people to be blind and not notice patterns and “undo their implicit bias”. Do yourself a favor and advocate for the complete removal of these types from society.
NEW: Uber passenger sentenced to life in prison for executing a mother of four who was begging for her life.

25-year-old Calvin Crew was sentenced to life in prison for taking the life of Uber driver Christina Spicuzza.
Spicuzza’s fiancé unleashed during his impact statement when Crew refused to show up to his own sentencing.
"No reason other than a coward. A coward who couldn’t be here today to face this... Christy was everything for my family. I was lost, out of control. She saw something in me."
In the dashcam footage, Spicuzza could be heard begging for her life as Crew held the gun to her head.
The footage ends when Crew notices the camera.
The mother of four’s body was found two days later in the Pittsburgh area, with a gunshot wound to her head.
