Why does the Greens' "Zionism is racism" policy provoke such fear from the UK's political and media class?
Because it collapses their key script – by emphasising that the struggle to end Palestinian oppression is against a racist political movement, Zionism, not against Jews.
The political and media class are so desperate to keep advancing this script that they're now forced to defame the UK's only Jewish party leader as an antisemite to make it make sense.
It doesn't make sense – can never make sense – because it's a lie.

Never has the concept of Liberal Zionism looked more absurd and contradictory. It almost makes you feel sorry for people who simply can't accept the evidence before their eyes that the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians was inevitable from the very beginning of Zionism. As Theodor Herzl wrote in his diary on June 2nd 1895: “We must expropriate gently the private property on the estates assigned to us. The campaign against Polanski has now reached Corbyn levels of hysteria. So normalised has this become for the political/media class that they are totally oblivious to the fact the bulk of the public are saying - hang on, but he's Jewish.
According to Opinium 81% of Green voters who expressed a view said they supported the Zionism is racism motion and 60% of ALL voters under 34.
It is absolutely vital the current Green Party leadership stands firm. Millions switched to the Greens precisely because they appeared to be prepared to stand firm on the great moral issue of our day. To buckle would be disastrous for British democracy.

Jonathan, you can *think* what you like. But when you and other racist Jews (and non-Jews) offer support to a genocidal state that's exterminating children it views as inferior, then we shouldn't have to accept you into a progressive, anti-racist party.
You have lots of mainstream parties you can join that support genocidal Israel. For the first time, we can join one that doesn't.
