Sorry to state the obvious, but if someone has to hand you power, they have more power than you do.
There’s something objectively hilarious about arguing that women are uniquely qualified to run the world while constructing a hypothetical in which the people currently running it have to suspend the normal mechanisms by which humans acquire power and simply “put” women in charge.
If women were categorically better at acquiring, wielding, and maintaining power, we wouldn’t need a two-year global Make-A-Wish program where someone hands us the keys to civilization to prove it.
We’d have the fucking keys.

I believe in American Power— which means being able to control who comes into our country and that the golden ticket of citizenship should belong to Americans first and Americans only.
Your parents were illegal aliens who showed no regard for our nation or its laws when they came here. You should be beyond grateful that a legal loophole allowed you to enjoy the fruits of a first world nation.
Instead, you're working to end immigration enforcement-- telling actual Americans that their birthright doesn't belong to them and that our nation and its culture has no meaning or value to you.

On an expedition a Yankee Chaplain was captured. When he learned he was to be sent to General Forrest's headquarters he was very much distressed as he had heard so much of this fierce fighter. When he entered the headquarters General Forrest asked him to be seated. A little later supper was announced and the Chaplain was asked to share the meal. When all were seated the Chaplain was almost shocked to hear General Forrest reverently say "Parson, will you please ask the blessing." The next morning Forrest gave him an escort through his lines. When he told him good-bye he humorously said: "Parson, I would keep you here to preach for us if you were not needed so much more by the sinners on the other side."

🚨INCREDIBLE: During a multi-vehicle collision on the Route 90 bridge in Ocean City, Maryland, a 2-year-old girl was ejected from a pickup truck, falling nearly 30 feet into the Assawoman Bay below.
Jonathan Bauer, who was driving across the bridge with his teenage daughter when the crash occurred, rushed over to inspect the wreckage. Looking down into the water, he saw the toddler floating face down and becoming unresponsive.
Without hesitation, Bauer instructed his daughter to flag down first responders, removed his shoes, and leapt off the bridge into the bay. He swam to the little girl, lifted her onto his shoulder, and patted her back until she coughed up water and began breathing again.
A passing pontoon boat quickly navigated toward them, pulling both Bauer and the toddler out of the water and transporting them to shore, where emergency personnel were waiting. The child was airlifted to a regional medical center for evaluation and released the following day in good condition.
Bauer was later honored by local law enforcement and civic leaders for his decisive actions and selflessness.

We used to get hurricanes all the time. Big, powerful storms—beautiful storms, but they were a disaster. And you know why? Because they didn’t respect America, they thought we were weak. So I called NOAA and FEMA and said “we’re changing it to the Gulf of America, because these hurricanes have gotta stop pushing us around, it’s not good.” And the weather people said “sir, you can’t just change the name of an ocean, it won’t stop the hurricanes, they’re too strong!” But we changed the name and we got Tim Apple to change the maps and now we don’t have hurricanes anymore.

Every demographic group is considered to be full of “natural conservatives.” Jews, blacks, gays, Hispanics, Muslims, and now Indians.
The only group that never gets praised for its natural conservatism is the one that overwhelmingly votes for conservative policies.
10 months ago, I wrote that Indian Americans’ belief in merit, free markets, the American Dream, faith, family, the list goes on, made them a natural GOP constituency. All Republicans had to do was engage in some outreach and, of course, not be racist. Many (not all) failed.
And this failure will indeed have significant ramifications for electoral politics going forward. The in-roads that the GOP made with Indian voters between 2020 and 2024 were nothing short of remarkable. People are citing voting patterns among Indians, which, don’t get me wrong,are important—after all, more Indian men aged 18-39 said, in 2024, that they intended to vote for Trump than intended to vote for Harris (remarkable!). But consider, too, the massive swings in party identification. All from the Indian American Attitudes Survey @CarnegieEndow:
Compared to 2020, the share of Indian Americans identifying as Democrats dropped from 66% to 57%, while the share of those calling themselves Republicans rose from 18% to 27%, in 2024! This likely translated into electoral victories.
All I can say, after this week, is that I’m certain we’re going to see a reversal; the in-roads the GOP made within the Indian American community over the last several election cycles will be lost. (I would love to be wrong. Really, I would, and if I am, I will gleefully write an article saying so.)
It is all such a shame. Complete political—and moral—malpractice.
