She started by closing her eyes and telling him to take the lead. But Reece looked so nervous that she quickly realized they needed to go through the basics first. According to Charlotte, a good kiss should progress gradually. Phase one starts with a gentle, closed-mouth kiss. Phase two introduces a slightly open mouth and some suction. Phase three brings in a little tongue action. Simple enough, right? Charlotte demonstrated each phase on Reece before asking him to put everything he’d learned together in one 15-second kiss. Reece rubbed his hands, took a deep breath, and confidently announced: “Let’s do it.” Then he leaned in… AND IMMEDIATELY STARTED WITH PHASE TWO. 😭 Charlotte broke away laughing. “So you’ve actually started with phase two!” She had JUST spent the entire lesson explaining why he needed to start gently, and he skipped straight to the suction.
