Built this for myself to auto-execute Telegram signals on MT5. Now I’m thinking… could others benefit from it too? #buildinpublic

Another angle you can think of is CBN strategically positioning Nigeria data centres for this move Africa's data centres projected growth ..source: McKinsey This might be a coincidence or strategicaly planned to force data centres to play catch up. Moreso, SA has a similar policy called POPIA, this has also contributed indirectly to the growth of South Africa‘s data centres
Took a stab at explaining the Central Bank of Nigeria's new circular on data localization, market share and cap table transparency. Check it out and let me know what you think. xitter.cf/moyoluwatuyi/status/20…

We glorify tools a lot How many tools can we know?
Many developers on this app don't even know what is Kafka but you see them everyday tweeting like they're the best in what they do.

My thoughts…..
Interesting thing I heard from a founder of an early-stage AI startup in SF: Hiring is damn hard for them b/c the type of devs that pass the hiring bar for their founding engineer (onsite) role are... the types of devs who also happen to hired by the AI labs in SF or get accepted to YC as well! And so most folks choose those options instead...

I was literally discussing this with someone today. The application layer is saturated due to the rise of AI; anyone can create a customer-facing app by consuming APIs. Guess what's not saturated yet: the infra and platform layer.
As AI products flood the market, there's a growing demand few are talking about: engineers who can build and maintain the distributed systems behind these models. I call them 'AI Infrastructure Engineers'. They’re about to become tech's most valuable players.

MicroVm
Genuinely. If you could only follow one tech trend in 2026 what would it be and why?

What if I tell you that there is another tool that will reduce your cost my 50% Its called microVM firecracker
I'm using Kubernetes to run my products on Hetzner. But not because it needs to scale - but because it's super practical. Whenever I hear people say "Kubernetes is overkill" I think they're mostly missing the point. I want a "PaaS"-like experience, but self-hosted. And my setup does this super well: - Forgejo (self-hosted git) - Docker images - Kubernetes (k3s) And this doesn't have to be insanely complex. It can be very simple and very practical when self-hosting SaaS 👇

The odds of swatting a fly with your clothes and it somehow landing perfectly in your open cup of water are 9/10. Those guys are genuinely cursed

Is this supposed to be a question? This should be a natural alignment with what a founder built. I used to work at a real estate company where they gave each staff member an IoT device worth 10k to plug into our apartments. This allows us to use the product we are building, spot issues, and find better ways to improve it. This concept is called dogfooding and it should be encouraged in startups and scale-ups.
If your product solves a problem for you as a founder, why don't you enjoy using or paying for it?

I studied KYC and AML in Luxembourg. To be honest, I have been expecting this movement for two years. If you know how much we lose to proliferation and terrorism financing, we just have to align with this agenda.
BREAKING: The Central Bank of Nigeria has directed banks, fintech firms, and other payment service providers to store payment transaction data generated within the country on local servers from January 1, 2027, as part of new measures to strengthen oversight of the fast-growing digital payments ecosystem.

Putting a face to my brand
If you are a founder trying to grow a personal brand and network with other founders ,here are a few tips to help you. 1. Get Verified on X 2. Have a clear description of what you are building on your bio 3. Talk about what you are building on the TL 4. Put a face to your profile , upload pictures from time to time , let people know who is behind the account 5. Attend events and conferences 6. Reach out to established founders in your line of work, don’t come on heavy , start with a mild intro , drop them a compliment and tell them you’d like to keep in touch. 7. Share your experiences building , problems you are facing etc. 8. Comment on issues affecting your industry as a whole. 9. Offer a helping hand to founders going through similar challenges you might have faced. 10. Avoid controversies , keep your posts strictly about your startup and your experiences. The X algorithm would keep bringing your posts to founders in your field and suggesting their accounts to yours , consistently talking and sharing your experiences would keep putting you in peoples faces. Kindly share to founders who might need this

I see copy trading gaining momentum, just give us a working strategy and we will just mirror it No competition in tradingc, we are all fighting against sapa
Claude 5.0 built a Chinese girl a trading bot. skip to 0:08 look at her journal, bot easily earns your monthly salary in a couple of days. how it works: the bot runs mean reversion on s&p 500 and nasdaq on 15-min candles, catching the small overextensions indices make every few hours. on bitcoin it switches to momentum breakouts on the 1-hour crypto trends harder than indices, so you ride the move instead of fading it. gold and oil get a slower trend-following layer on the 4-hour, because commodities move in cleaner waves and you don't want noise from intraday whipsaws. position sizing is ATR-based per instrument, so a quiet day on gold gets a bigger size than a volatile day on bitcoin - risk stays constant even when volatility doesn't. every trade has a hard 1% stop, no exceptions, no "let me give it room." and there's a correlation filter on top: if s&p and nasdaq are already long, it won't pile into another risk-on asset and double the real exposure. claude code writes and updates the logic. the bot just executes. then claude cowork sends her two messages a day: - 7am: what's happening in the market - 9pm: how did the bot do that's the whole job. two messages. five instruments. zero screen time. manually she could only watch one chart at a time. this thing watches five. doesn't sleep. doesn't tilt. doesn't revenge trade at 2am. what used to need a team of quants and a $200k bloomberg terminal now runs on a laptop and claude. And your friend is still trading manually and is constantly in the red. save this and read the article in the comments below to write your own bot using Claude
