Lammens
Dalot, Maguire, de Ligt, Amass
Santos, Tielemans, Baleba
Amad, Mbeumo, Bruno
probably
#mufc training squad vs Como:
Lammens, Darlow, Heaton, Mee.
Maguire, De Ligt, Amass, Armer, Dalot, Kamason.
Mount, T. Fletcher, J. Fletcher, Tielemans, Baleba, Santos, Fernandes.
Lacey, Zirkzee, Mbeumo, Cunha, Amad [@StevenRailston]
2 full backs out injured and one only just back
Tactical decision to play Bruno wide
Only your point about the striker is relevant but even still Mbeumo is more than capable of playing there
This Ania Magliano run
"The BBC has stressed that they're not transphobic, they just hate dolls as they're often used to demonstrate where they were touched by BBC talent."
ā Says Ania Magliano on #SNLUK's Weekend Update, while discussing the BBC editing out a pro-trans "Protect the Dolls" T-shirt.
a guilty verdict was reached though? you donāt keep criminals on the street to wait and see if their appeal goes anywhere
Thereās a glaring hypocrisy among those who have declared Manchester City guilty before the process has concluded. For them, City are already guilty. There is no verdict left to await, no evidence left to assess and no process left to respect. City must simply accept whatever punishment follows, while players (former and current) and fans are expected to adopt particular views about the owners and the clubās conduct. Everything has already been decided.
But ask those same people whether theyād accept City being cleared, including following any appeal, and the response is invariably: āOK. They got away with it.ā So a guilty verdict must be respected, but an innocent one can be dismissed? They donāt want due process. They want their predetermined verdict validated.
No team has ever had to have a makeshift player in a position when there have been 2 injuries in said position
Lisandro Martinezās rant was at least partly inspired by his frustration that Ayden Heaven had to be started at left-back.
Martinez is believed to have been bemused at the youngster having to start a UCL fixture out of his usual position as a result of a lack of fit options in the position [@TheSunFootball]
The defensive rebuild was always part of the plan next summer
We donāt need a LW
A backup striker isnāt going to be someone who costs too much
If we sell Bruno weāll have the cash to replace
The kicking the can down the road approach from @INEOS that many on here lapped up, is going to explode in our faces next summer, when weāll need:
2 CBās
2 LBās
1 RB
1 LW
1 Striker
1 #10 (Bruno Fernandes replacement)
BEST IN CLASS.
had 8 years to do something about it btw
Obama on Israel:
The fact is that the Jewish people, for millennia, were oppressed, discriminated against, killed. Europe was responsible for much of it. They understandably sought a refuge.
That is undeniable. What is also undeniable is that they took land off people, and they were excessive.
And those people understandably said, "This is injustice, and I want my land back."
and they still shouldnāt be this high when looking a day before without a railcard. whatās your point here?
Iām pretty sure I saw that the clubs in French Overseas Departments canāt play in European competitions if they somehow win the Coupe de France since they are part of different confederations
Fuck off honestly. They know they are under fire and are saying & leaking this to try and get the fans back on their side. They shouldnāt be concerned about this stuff, bin the lot
Lisandro Martinez is not the only player who feels let down by the board at #mufc. The players were expecting many more players to join the summer [@FabrizioRomano]
Yeah buddy YOU 𫵠were one of the players that needed replacing
Lisandro Martinez: āWe had a fantastic season last season and now we expect more from the top, from the people upstairs, to bring in more players to compete, because many teams have signed a lot of players as well.
This is not a Champions League quality squad. I think the players can do more, but it's also important to build a strong squad to be ready for these kinds of nights.ā
