We are always looking at how we can improve the way we communicate with our supporters, and I recognise that there are areas where we need to do better. I hope that some of the answers shared during our most recent FAB meeting help provide greater clarity and give some insight into my thoughts on everything that is currently going on.
I’d like to personally thank our Fan Advisory Board members who took the time to join us on Wednesday. I really value the openness of these conversations, as well as the questions and views that were shared. I know there are strong feelings around some of the issues we discussed, and I appreciate everyone taking the time to engage with us directly.
