No.
This won't happen.
The reason is simple:
1) Work weeks that short produce massive overhead. Companies would rather have one employee that works 50 hours a week than two who work 25 each.
2) As people have more free time, they seek more work, to make ends meet, which simply re-saturates the job market.
This is why every prediction of shorter work weeks has never come to fruition.
Instead, people just work more jobs, shittier jobs, and more hours as more returns accrue to capital.
The only answer is to decouple livelihood from wages entirely by shifting to a capital-based system.

I don’t ask for a payment, it’s not right to benefit. Instead ask for a donation to @samaritans who do brilliant work listening to people in distress. Suicide is still the biggest killer of men under 50 and women under 40 in the UK.
Whilst I understand Andy Burnham not wanting football fans to be demonised in relation to other sections of society and I make him right, I have zero desire to have drinking in the stands.
