“where are the left-wing parties or voices being like, no, no, enough of tying property taxes to the market and to speculation and to the fact that this market is absolutely torqued by private equity funds that are owning property to just make profit for people”
Has the left abandoned the youth? What is with the rise in conservative support among young people?
Sandy and take it apart and explain that conservative have finally figured out that it's the culture. The left has forgotten ...

BREAKING: Last night, at the Manitoba Legislative Building, Minister Nellie Kennedy announced that the province has become the first in Canada to officially recognize anti-Palestinian racism as a distinct form of discrimination!
We welcome this historic step, secured through years of advocacy by Palestinians and their supporters including CPAM, @nccm, @CanArabLaw, and IJV.
IJV urges all provinces and the federal government to follow suit.

The Niagara power project did the same to the Tuscarora. They "lease" the land of the Niagara reservoir from the Tuscarora for a pittance while making billions selling hydroelectricity to the east coast.
In 1948, a photo summarized centuries of injustice. The man in suit and tie, standing before photographers, broke into tears. He was George Gillette, leader of the Mandan, Arikara, and Hidatsa tribes of the Missouri River.
The document in his hands was not a negotiated settlement. It was the forced secession of ancestral lands from his people to the U.S. government. More than 150,000 native ancestral acres, full of homes, schools, churches, and fertile fields. The US government forced him to hand over the land so they could flood it all by building the Garrison dam.
Gillette knew that with his signature he sealed a permanent tragedy. But if he didn’t, the tribes would receive NO compensation, The US government would simply take the land. Through tears he said "Today we sign under protest. Our hands are tied, but our hearts are sad."
The dam flooded entire villages, erased old communities, and buried centuries of indigenous history.
We must not whitewash American history in our schools.

Another incredible own goal by TERF's as they spent the last few days calling a dead disabled woman a man just because she didn't pass their beauty standards to be shown respect in death. A truly poisonous cult that will erode and subjugate all women.
