Absoulte joke that @inthestyleUK has still not got back to me in regards to returning items! Never ordering from them again!

I will also be going to the press if this is not sorted by tomorrow morning, I鈥檓 home due to having a baby and being in lockdown no reason to not deliver to me my parcel.
They have delivered my parcel to someone else and their point of a signature is taking a photo of a black bin.., they have stolen from me. #disgrace

It鈥檚 absolutely unacceptable. They called us last week and booked it in for us then we get an email like that. They don鈥檛 value their customers.
