@virginmedia really need some help please. Even after a couple of calls to 150 my dowoad speed on an M600 connection is 1/3 what it should be. I have a hub 4 so the app doesn't work. All tech support say is factory reset my router.

omg @Hermesparcels let receivers talk to you rather than relying on having to talk to the sender. surely it's faster and easier to deal directly with the end user.
