The trademark is of a stylized letter "X", which in this case, is Mixer's logo; not the actual alphabet letter "X".
There are hundreds of trademarks for stylized letters of "X". Some of which include the "X" in the Xbox logo and the "X" in the Microsoft Excel logo.
