While speaking with a gentleman near 63rd and Cottage Grove, he brought up a serious concern about the affordable housing development recently built in his community.
He told me that the so-called affordable housing is NOT AFFORDABLE TO THE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY LIVE IN THE COMMUNITY!
And this is exactly what I've been raising concerns about!
Here's the problem: Affordable housing eligibility and rent limits are often calculated using Area Median Income (AMI), which reflects income across a much larger metropolitan area, NOT just the income of residents living in that particular ZIP code.
HOW CAN YOU CALL IT AFFORDABLE HOUSING IF THE PEOPLE LIVING IN THAT COMMUNITY CAN'T AFFORD TO LIVE THERE?
That's what I call an AFFORDABLE HOUSING SCAM!
As Mayor of Chicago, here's how my administration will address this.
LOCAL INCOME MATTERS!
I will push for affordable housing policies that consider the actual incomes of residents living in the ZIP codes and neighborhoods where developments are being built, not just the broader metropolitan area's median income.
FORENSIC AUDITS! We will examine taxpayer-funded affordable housing developments, including construction costs, subsidies, developer agreements, and how affordability requirements are being met.
TRANSPARENCY! Developers receiving public funding should disclose how much each unit costs, what residents must earn to qualify, and how many units are affordable to existing neighborhood residents.
PROTECT LONGTIME RESIDENTS AND SENIORS! I will work to expand housing options for working families, seniors on fixed incomes, and longtime residents who are being priced out of their own neighborhoods.
ACCOUNTABILITY FOR TAXPAYER DOLLARS! If taxpayer money is being used to build affordable housing, we need measurable results showing who can actually afford those homes.
WE CANNOT KEEP BUILDING SO-CALLED AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN COMMUNITIES WHERE THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE LIVED THERE FOR DECADES CANNOT AFFORD THE RENT!
I want to see our neighborhoods revitalized, but revitalization should not mean pricing out the very people who held those communities together.
CHICAGOANS FIRST! OUR COMMUNITIES FIRST! OUR TAX DOLLARS MUST WORK FOR US!

- Xavier Becerra transferred or reassigned about 76 of them, leaving only 6
- Even RFK said this was done intentionally to gut oversight and creating “an invitation for the fraudsters.”
This was why so many foreigner owned fake Medicare and Medicaid health care companies spring up so quickly
RFK Jr even linked it to the fake hospice providers in Los Angeles that were billing for nonexistent patients and autism services fraud
This was INTENTIONALLY DONE

Doctors and hospitals murdered Covid-19 patients at the orders of Dr Anthony Fauci. 😡
In 2018, Remdesivir was too unethical to put into Ebola clinical trials in Africa because it had a 53% kill rate, published in medical journals.
Ebola doesn't have a 53% kill rate, but it was chosen in April and May of 2020 to be the drug of choice to treat COVID.
This drug was too unethical to use in an African clinical trial because it was killing 53% of the people that it was given to.
We had Anthony Fauci, Deborah Burke sitting next to the President going, "we need to use Remdesivir", despite the fact that the World Health Organization said it was unethical to use it.
The problem is, as long as the financial interest that dictates what product is going to be promoted is the one making the declaration of the pandemic, we have no possibility for accountability.
We have no possibility for justice. And what we do is we allow people who were formed out of the eugenics office, Carnegie Mellon in 1913, that were the same group of people that established the World Health Organization in 1953.
That same group of people are the ones who are making this decision. And I don't know how you feel about eugenics, but I have a problem with it.

When the editor of the world’s most prestigious medical journal concluded that much of the clinical research it published could no longer be trusted, the problem was no longer abstract.
Marcia Angell, a pathologist who joined the New England Journal of Medicine staff in 1979, rose to executive editor and then served as interim editor-in-chief from 1999 to June 2000. She stepped down after more than two decades at the journal, formally to write a book. The deeper context was her growing conviction, formed from years of editing manuscripts, that pharmaceutical industry influence had compromised the independence of clinical research. She and previous editors had enforced strict conflict-of-interest rules, yet industry-sponsored studies continued to arrive with designs, analyses, and selective reporting that favored the sponsor’s product. Negative results were often suppressed, side effects minimized, and “academic” authors frequently carried undisclosed financial ties.
In a widely cited 2009 New York Review of Books essay, Angell wrote the line that crystallized her position: “It is simply no longer possible to believe much of the clinical research that is published, or to rely on the judgment of trusted physicians or authoritative medical guidelines. I take no pleasure in this conclusion, which I reached slowly and reluctantly over my two decades as an editor of The New England Journal of Medicine.” She described an industry that had shifted from discovering useful drugs toward marketing, co-opting academic medical centers, researchers, and even the journals that were supposed to serve as independent arbiters. Her 2000 editorial “Is Academic Medicine for Sale?” and later book The Truth About the Drug Companies expanded the critique, arguing that commercial priorities systematically distorted what research was done, how it was conducted, and what reached publication.
Angell’s departure marked the end of an era of tighter editorial resistance to industry influence at the NEJM. Her public statements afterward made clear that she viewed the problem as systemic rather than isolated: once the bulk of clinical research depended on commercial funding, journals could no longer function as reliable filters of medical evidence.
