Absolutely 🙂 And since we've already been talking on LinkedIn, I know we're looking at a similar underlying problem from pretty different architectural angles. Same goal in many ways, different layer and approach. I think that's a good thing.

I tried every harness under the sun and always circle back to @pidotdev.
Many offer good features, but it's all or nothing. I can’t cherry-pick what I like.
It is less effort to customize Pi, then spend time circumventing workflows that don’t fully match my needs.

Shipped v1.7.0 of dotnet-skills, which now includes:
- Comprehensive CsCheck skill for defining model and property-based tests
- dotnet Docker SDK best practices
- Updates to TestContainer and dotnet-slopwatch skills
CsCheck one was necessary because even Opus 5.5 absolutely wrecked itself trying to write decent Specs for model based testing.

And if you are wondering what Pi Durable is all about, I wrote a little piece on it here:

With code examples. How quaint.

GPT 6.1 Sol is now on BridgeBench.
OpenAI is calling it "near-Astra intelligence."
Our results: 3 points better than GPT 6 Sol.
82 points behind GPT 6 Astra.
When a model jumps on the lab's own benchmarks but barely moves on independent ones, that's usually a sign of benchmaxing.

a note regarding my tweet: it's not a bug, it's an expected unsafe behavior :-) Luckily, we got rid of all fixed buffers in our code (e.g. github.com/dotnet/runtime/pu… and github.com/dotnet/runtime/pu…)

SerializerFoundation v1.0.0 is out! It's the buffer layer behind the outstanding performance of MessagePack for C# v4, specialized per buffer type by the JIT with devirtualized and inlined calls. Useful for any binary protocol, not just serializers.

Azure Service Bus cannot autoforward a session-enabled subscription.
I explored a transactional bridge that keeps one session-enabled endpoint queue and a recoverability model.

One of the coolest .NET features nobody talks about:
-> Channels
You can find them in the System.Threading.Channels namespace.
Channels let you build async messaging with simple C# code.
They expose two APIs:
- One for writing messages to the channel
- One for reading messages (asynchronously) from the channel
You can run a worker in the background that picks up messages off the channel and sends them off for processing.
I've used this to build a primitive in-memory message bus (with all the drawbacks that come with it).
Here's how you could implement this: milanjovanovic.tech/blog/lig…
Are you using Channels in your .NET applications?
